What is the max number of guests we can book for?
We can currently seat up to 24 guests at our picnics. If you have a larger group, please contact us and we may be able to accommodate.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking to hold your date. This deposit is non-refundable if cancelled without at least 72-hour notice, however can be applied to a rescheduled date if 24-hour notice is provided.
How long is the booking for?
Our standard picnic bookings are 3 hours. You may choose to extend your stay for an additional $30/hour. If you choose to leave early, please call us and allow us to reach the premises beforehand as you are held responsible for the set-up during the allotted time period.
How much notice must be provided for a booking?
We generally require at least 3 days advance booking for our events but please book earlier to ensure your preferred date. If there is a last-minute event, let us know and we may be able to accommodate.
How do you accept payments?
All payments are accepted only through e-transfer. Full payment must be submitted at least 3 hours prior to event start time.
Is there a permit required to book in public parks?
For groups of up to 15, a permit is not required. If you choose to consume alcohol on public premises, a permit should be obtained.
Are children included in the guest count?
If the child requires a seat and complete tableware, they must be included in the total guest count.
What if I am running late?
We allow a 15-minute grace period to arrive at your event, as well as after the event to pack up. We will be required to pack up the setup and leave if notice is not provided and there will be no refund.
